Returns
and Exchanges
We're
happy to refund or exchange unwashed, unworn items in original
condition within 30 days of purchase, according to the following
policies:

you wish to return something under warranty or guarantee, please see

- If
you have any questions, please e-mail us at info@flappynappy.com before
assuming that you need to return the item. We love to
go the extra
mile for our customers! A little extra info
might solve the
problem and make everyone happy.
- Please
e-mail us at info@flappynappy
for a
return authorization before sending anything our way.
- You
may exchange for another selection of equal value, receive credit
toward a new purchase, or receive a refund in the same manner in which
you paid. You choose.
- Items
must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Please
include tracking and/or insurance on your return items for your own
security, as we cannot be responsible for packages we never receive.
- Consider
using the least expensive shipping option available for your timetable.
- We
don't reimburse shipping, either original or return, on returns or
exchanges.

Please include your name, return address, e-mail address, and phone
number along with a brief description of the problem or reason for
exchange. We'll e-mail you right back with instructions, and
call with
any questions.
Workmanship
Guarantee
We
stand behind our workmanship. If any of the stitching fails,
we will
gladly repair or replace defective items within 30 days of
purchase.
Once we see the item, we will decide whether to repair or
replace. If
possible, we will always opt to repair. After all, part of the reason
we're in this business is the whole "reduce/reuse/recycle" concept.
If
we can't reliably repair the problem, we will replace the item.

We
select our fabric carefully for its strength and softness.
However,
like any other oft-washed items, diapers don't last forever.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee the useful life of either our
flannel or
terry cloth.

Items
damaged by improper use or care are not covered. This
includes, but is not limited to, using chlorine bleach.
